Tippy Toes: Dance & Play for Tots (18-36 Months)
Saturday Mornings 8:30-9am: June 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26
Spark your little one's imagination through movement, music, and creativity! This engaging class introduces toddlers to the joy of dance in a fun and nurturing environment. Through playful activities, they’ll explore coordination, rhythm, and self-expression while building essential motor and social skills. Join us at Heartland Conservatory of Dance and watch your child twirl, giggle, and grow!

Pre-Primary Ballet Camp (Ages 3-4)
Saturday Mornings 9-9:45am: June 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26 or Evenings Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:15 pm: July 7-August 1
Introduce your little one to the world of ballet through movement and creativity! This fun-filled class combines beginner ballet basics with engaging ballet-themed crafts.
• Ballet Class: Children will explore simple ballet movements, coordination, and musicality in a playful and supportive environment.
• Ballet Craft: After dancing, they will create fun, ballet-inspired crafts that enhance their connection to the art form.
This class is designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and foster a love for dance and creativity in our youngest dancers!

Ballet Storytime Summer Camp, (Ages 3-6)
Monday-Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm; July 7-18
Join us for a magical summer camp filled with fun weekly ballet themes! Perfect for young children, this camp introduces the basics of ballet in a playful and creative environment.
• Ballet Class: Explore simple ballet movements and musicality through engaging instruction.
• Story Time: Enjoy beloved ballet stories that inspire imagination and creativity.
• Ballet Craft: Create fun, ballet-themed crafts to enhance their connection to the art of dance.
• Snack Time: A shared snack to relax and build friendships.
This camp is designed to spark imagination, promote movement, and foster a love for dance in our youngest dancers!

Primary Ballet Camp (Ages 5-6)
Saturday Mornings 10-10:45 am: June 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26 or Evenings Monday & Wednesday 6:15-7:00 pm: July 7-August 1

• Ballet Class: Children will explore simple ballet movements, coordination, and musicality in a playful and supportive environment.
• Ballet Craft: After dancing, they will create fun, ballet-inspired crafts that enhance their connection to the art form.

Story Ballet Summer Camp, (Ages 7-11) (Ballet Level I & II)
Monday-Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm; July 7-18
Join us for a fun-filled summer camp exploring the magic of famous story ballets! Each week features a new theme inspired by a beloved ballet such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, or Coppélia.
Campers will:
• Ballet Class: Learn ballet basics and movements inspired by the week’s story.
• Stretching & Strength: Fun exercises to improve flexibility and build strength.
• Art Project: Create themed crafts that bring the ballet stories to life.
This camp encourages creativity, movement, and artistic exploration in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for young dancers and storytellers!

Junior Ballet Summer Intensive (Ballet Level III)
Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM-5:00 PM: July 7 - August 1
Age/Level: Ages 11+ or by instructor placement. Designed for intermediate ballet students with a solid foundation in ballet technique.

This Intensive is designed to accelerate growth in ballet technique, artistry, and performance quality. Each day will begin with a comprehensive Ballet Technique Class focusing on refining core skills, balance, flexibility, and fluidity of movement. Following technique class, students will alternate between specialized classes:
Pointe/Pre-Pointe or Variations Class: Students will either refine their pointe work or, for those not yet en pointe, practice pre-pointe strengthening and classical ballet variations to develop their musicality and stage presence.
Strength & Conditioning Class: Designed to enhance core stability, endurance, and injury prevention, this class will include exercises tailored to ballet-specific muscle groups and alignment.
Choreography Camp: A creative exploration of dance composition and performance.Students will work collaboratively to learn original choreography, enhancing artistry and stage skills.
Throughout the session, dancers will have the opportunity to showcase their progress in an informal studio showing.

Goals:
• Improve ballet technique and pointe work
• Build strength, stamina, and flexibility
• Foster creativity and confidence through choreography
• Develop a deeper understanding of classical ballet variations and performance dynamics

Advanced Summer Intensive
Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm: July 7 - August 1

Join us for an immersive and transformative ballet experience designed for dedicated dancers in our Advanced & Pre-Professional Division. This intensive provides rigorous training in ballet, variations, pointe, and choreography, refining both technical skill and artistic expression.

We are honored to welcome guest Ballet & Character Instructor, Altin Naska, who will choreograph an original ballet to be presented to The Ballet Alliance.
Program Highlights:
• Expert Instruction: Intensive training led by our incredible faculty— Robert Vickrey, Rachel Vickrey, Robin Welch, and Betsy Anderson— along with guest artist Altin Naska.
Pre-Professional Preparation: Equipping students with the skills necessary for a professional dance career or collegiate dance program.
